DELIVERY & SHIPPING
At Arhaus, our goal is to ensure your experience is enjoyable and seamless from the moment you place your order until our trained White Glove Delivery professionals place your furniture in your home.
Depending on the items purchased and the delivery methods available for each item, your order could be delivered in multiple shipments. This will ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible. Different delivery options are available for both Small- and Large-Parcel items. These products are differentiated by size, shape, and fragility. Additional information concerning special delivery requirements can be found within product information where applicable. Vendors may vary by product.
At no additional charge, our professionally trained delivery team will unpack, inspect, assemble, and place your furniture in the room of your choice (certain restrictions may apply), as well as remove all packaging and debris. In areas where we cannot offer our delivery service, a local third-party shipping partner will deliver your order, providing a comparable level of service.
For select rugs, White Glove Delivery is available for an additional charge by calling Web Sales at 866-427-4287, Option 1. Our professionally trained delivery team will unroll and place your rug in the desired area and remove all packaging and debris. Service does not include moving furniture, area must be cleared prior to delivery.
Please note: Our delivery team will not install any electrical equipment or wall-mounted items, nor will they move or dispose of existing furniture or other items. Items such as lighting, mirrors, and wall art will not be unboxed, inspected, or assembled. Prior to delivery, please clear any rooms in which new items will be placed. Items sent via UPS, FED-EX, or as curbside drop-offs do not include this service.
LARGE PARCEL : This category includes furniture, medium-sized décor, uniquely shaped items, and items that are too fragile to ship in standard packaging.
SMALL PARCEL : This category includes select Accessories, Lighting, Rugs, Soft Goods, Slip Covers, Wallpaper, Jewels, and Smaller Furniture items that can fit and safely ship using standard UPS and FedEx shipping methods. Certain pieces may be excluded from these delivery methods due to size and/or fragility. Some furnishings and oversized items from the above categories cannot be shipped via Small-Parcel Delivery methods. See shipping rates below.
Local Ground Delivery : Occurs within the local delivery area of an Arhaus store and may be scheduled at your local store. Delivery fee includes our White Glove Delivery Service. Local Ground Delivery is $199.
Extended Ground Delivery : Occurs within the local extended delivery area of an Arhaus store. This delivery type must be scheduled by our Delivery Department. Delivery fee includes our White Glove Delivery Service. Extended Ground Delivery is $199.
National Delivery (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) : Occurs beyond the delivery area of an Arhaus store. With this delivery method, we work with third-party shipping providers to ensure the most efficient and guest-friendly experience. Delivery fees range from $299 to $499 (depending on your location).
TAYLOR EASY CONNECT
Taylor Easy-Connect Curbside Delivery : To save our guests the cost of delivery, our Taylor Easy-Connect collection is available with curbside delivery. With this option, delivery professionals will unload your purchase and bring it right to your front door. However, they will not assemble your furniture, place your item(s) in your home, or remove/dispose of packaging material. Curbside Delivery purchases will be delivered to normal package delivery locations only. Signatures are not required upon delivery. Please note: Arhaus is not responsible for damages due inclement weather or other causes once your purchase has been safely delivered.
Standard Shipping : Orders being shipped via Standard shipping methods may be delivered within eight business days of the order being completed and processed.
Expedited Shipping : Orders being shipped via Expedited shipping methods may be delivered within five business days of the order being completed and processed.
Express Shipping : Orders being shipped via Express shipping methods may be delivered within two to four business days of the order being completed and processed.
Jewelry Shipping : Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, it will be delivered within eight business days. Costs to ship include the cost of insurance. See shipping rates below.
Please note: Order processing can take up to 3-8 business days. Order processing, shipping and delivery times may vary by seasonality, demand, and product availability.
Jewelry Delivery Rates
The last day to order jewelry with standard shipping for delivery by Mother's Day is May 2nd. For Expedited or Express shipping, the last day to order for delivery by Mother's Day is May 8th.

For orders over $1,000, we require a signature upon receipt by an individual at least 18 years of age.
Furniture Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, U.S. territories and international destinations

Please note: Online-only items can only be shipped to the contiguous 48 states.
Please know that we will do our best to process your order as quickly as possible. Our corporate business days are Monday-Friday (Eastern Time). Large-Parcel Local and Extended orders can be delivered Monday-Saturday (some exceptions may apply). Small-Parcel and National Large-Parcel orders are processed and delivered Monday-Friday. We do not currently process orders on Saturday or Sunday. Our order processing varies by seasonality, demand and product availability. Business days exclude week days that fall on company-observed holidays (see below). On these days, please anticipate a delay in order processing, shipping, and delivery. To check the status of your scheduled Large-Parcel delivery, please call us at 1.866.427.4287.
Once your order has been finalized and processed, you will receive an email with shipment or delivery information. On some items, where email notifications are not available, anticipated delivery dates can be found on specific product pages or in order confirmation.
Please note: Changes to an existing order cannot be made once the order has been processed.
