At Arhaus, our goal is to ensure your experience is enjoyable and seamless from the moment you place your order until it arrives in your home. Depending on the items purchased and the delivery methods available for each item, your order could be delivered in multiple shipments. This will ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible.


Our professionally trained delivery team will unpack, inspect, assemble, and place your furniture in the room of your choice as well as remove all packaging and debris.

  • Includes furniture, larger décor, uniquely shaped items, and items that are too fragile to ship through Package Carrier Delivery
  • Our delivery team is not permitted to move or dispose of existing furniture or other items
  • Items such as lighting, mirrors, and wall art will not be unboxed, inspected, assembled or installed. Our delivery team is not permitted to install any electrical equipment or wall-mounted items
  • Due to weight and size, some furniture can be delivered to first floor only, no steps. This will be noted on the product details page for applicable items

What to expect with White Glove Delivery Service

  1. Order Confirmation
    1. You will receive an order confirmation email noting estimated delivery timeframes. If any items are not yet Ready to Deliver, it will include an approximate delivery window when your merchandise will arrive at our warehouse.
  2. Preparing for Delivery
    1. It is your responsibility to ensure furnishings fit in desired rooms, as well as through doorways, stairways, elevators and hallways. Please see our Measuring for Furniture Delivery guidelines. These are merely guidelines for measuring and do not guarantee your furniture will fit.
    2. It is your responsibility to verify that the room of your choice is suitable for your furniture and cleared of existing furniture as our delivery team is not permitted to move or dispose of existing furniture or other items.
    3. If you live in a high rise or condominium which requires a Certificate of Insurance, please contact us after placing your order.
  3. Scheduling Delivery
    1. Ready to Deliver: You will be contacted to schedule your delivery appointment within 14 business days of purchase (15-20 business days for National Delivery).
    2. Deferred Delivery: Delivery will occur once all of the items become available and ready to ship. You will be contacted once your items arrive at our warehouse.
    3. We will only hold merchandise in our warehouse for 90 days. After that time period has passed, full payment is required and we must schedule delivery of your order.
  4. Delivery Day
    1. An individual 18 years or older, must be home to accept delivery and inspect your order.
    2. Furniture items will be carefully unpacked and assembled and the packing materials removed. (excludes lighting, mirrors, and wall art)


Includes select decor, lighting, rugs, jewelry, and smaller furniture items that can fit and safely ship using standard UPS and FedEx shipping methods.

Once your order has been finalized and processed, you will be notified with delivery information. Our order processing will vary based on company-observed holidays, demand and product availability. Some items, including Package Carrier Deliveries, may ship separately – this will be noted during checkout and on your receipt. White Glove Deliveries will occur once all of the White Glove items become available and ready to deliver.

Check order status: contact your Design Consultant at the store where you made the purchase or contact Arhaus at 866.427.4287.

  • We do not currently process orders on Saturday or Sunday
  • White Glove Delivery items that are in-stock (Ready to Deliver) will be delivered within approximately two to four weeks depending upon the location of your residence
  • Package Carrier Deliveries will be delivered according to the delivery method selected - Standard, Expedited or Express
  • A custom special-order design can take up to 16 weeks to manufacture; please allow for additional time to deliver the piece to your home
  • Local and Extended White Glove Deliveries can be scheduled Monday-Saturday excluding company-observed holidays
  • National White Glove Deliveries and Package Carrier Deliveries are delivered Monday-Friday excluding company-observed holidays


Taylor Easy-Connect Curbside Delivery : To save our guests the cost of delivery, our Taylor Easy-Connect collection is available with curbside delivery. With this option, delivery professionals will unload your purchase and bring it right to your front door. However, they will not assemble your furniture, place your item(s) in your home, or remove/dispose of packaging material. Curbside Delivery purchases will be delivered to normal package delivery locations only. Signatures are not required upon delivery. Please note: Arhaus is not responsible for damages due to inclement weather or other causes once your purchase has been safely delivered.
